Degussa fosters dialogue with authorities, consumers, journalists, politicians and environmental protection organizations at special events organized for this purpose. It fosters debate on the risks and benefits of nanotechnology and endeavors to make this technology transparent and to show the general public how this new technology can be beneficial.

Initiatives
Information - Degussa participates in initiatives to promote the training of teachers and in projects in schools and other educational institutions to introduce young people to the materials of the future. One example is the “Nanobox”, a kit provided free of charge to schools by the Chemical Industry Fund. More |
